Iro lay, motionless in the everlasting darkness. She'd been like this for an eternity it seemed, unable to move, unable to think about anything other than the fact she'd been abandon. How could her Creator do this? Did she do something wrong?! Her bright yellow eyes opened suddenly, sensing light. No... That couldn't be right... She had to stay here forever... Color soon came into view, one after another, red, orange, yellow, green, you name it! Emotions bubbled inside of her, threatening to spill over.
"Hello Iro Kiba." A soft voice echoed in the nothing, soon followed by a she-cat, half Iro's size. Her blue eyes sparkled like the sun Iro remembered so fondly...
She couldn't move... She couldn't think... Her words caught in her throat, and soon tears welled in her eyes. "It's been a long time.... Shady...."
